on *inbound* mail to ..
yes. Inbound mail decrypted by Djigzo does not show any
visible sign of that fact.
I know it is a bad idea to teach the user to rely on something in the subject line, but I
not sure how else to indicate the encrypted transport.

You want to encrypt all messages and add for example "[message was
encrypted]" when the message is encrypted?

see if the mail arrived encrypted and was decrypted by Djigzo....
This may be useful for the end-user because the x-djigzo-header-* will
not be visible to the end-user. But i wonder if this get bad habit in
the long run to teach the user to rely on some subject extension...
